Cancellation conditions

1. If, for whatever reason, the tenant returns to the rented property on the agreed date

cannot, will or will not accept, he will immediately inform the lessor of this

set. A telephone notification of this must be in writing by e-mail

confirmed.

2. In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:

• 15% of the total rental price if canceled more than 3 months in advance

start date of the rental period;

• 50% of the total rental price if canceled between 2 and 3 months before the start date of the rental period;

• 70% of the total rental price if cancellation is made between 2 and 1 month before the start date of the rental period;

• 100% of the total rental price if canceled before the last 14 days of the rental period.

3. If the tenant announces no use of the property during the rental period

rented property, he remains liable for the full rental price.

4. The landlord may charge a fixed amount of €25 in addition to the cancellation costs

charge administration costs.

5. In the event of absolute force majeure, the tenant may appoint a replacement.
