1. Tenant will pay a down payment of 50% of the rental price within a maximum period of time
72 hours from date of reservation.
2. The tenant has the option to pay the total sum in one go.
3. If the tenant has not paid within these 72 hours, the
reservation will be cancelled. The tenant can then not claim the amount incurred
agreements from the present agreement.
4. The tenant will notify the holiday home no later than 2 weeks before moving into the holiday home
outstanding amount on the landlord's bank account.
5. The deposit will be refunded by the landlord to the tenant, provided that the rented property and everything in it is left in the same condition.
6. If the deposit is insufficient, the landlord can sue the tenant
for the excess.
7.. Payment of the down payment, the rental price and the deposit is made by the
transfer to the landlord's bank account.
